To access the Office, click the calculator icon on the Workspace toolbar. This icon is your gateway to a workspace where you manage all your commercial projects, generate documents, and collaborate with your team efficiently.
🗂️ Overview of the Office Workspace
Project Cards: Visualize and access all your commercial projects.
Filters Panel (Left): Narrow down projects by year, month, tags, and more.
Quick Navigation (Right): Quickly jump between projects and their segments.
Quick Actions (Top): Filter projects by status (In progress, Completed, Archived, Cancelled); Buttons: Сreate external projects, Office Settings and Favorites.
💎 Projects marked as Favorite using the heart icon on their card are collected in the Favorites. Projects marked as Favorite in the Studio also appear in the Office, and vice versa.
⚙️ Office Settings
To open Office Settings, click the ⚙️ button labeled 'Settings' at the top of the workspace. This brings you to the settings where you can manage company and financial details.
Company Information: Enter your company name, VAT, and contact details.
Banking Details: Store your bank details for seamless proforma and invoice generation.
Standard Notes: Set default payment terms, delivery times, and additional notes that auto-fill in documents (editable for each document).
This information saves time by automatically populating your documents, but it can be easily edited directly within each document whenever needed.
📌 Managing Projects and Segments
Project Segments: Each project is split into segments based on suppliers or manufacturers.
External Segments: Add segments for suppliers not yet registered on Flameplace.
Comments: Collaborate with team members and partners directly in each project.
💡 Tip: Control Office access via Employee profiles.
Each segment contains its own documentation: specifications, proformas, and packing lists, allowing you to manage every aspect of your commercial work in one place.
