Final Touches Before You Go Live
The last step before publishing your company page on Flameplace is setting up your Job Title and visibility preferences. This helps build trust and allows other users to connect with the right person inside your company.
🧑💼 Defining Your Role
In this step, you’ll need to:
Enter your Job Title (e.g. CEO, Founder, Sales Manager)
Choose whether to enable Public Communication
This means your name, title, and avatar can be displayed on your company page and you will be reachable via Flameplace Messenger.
✅ We recommend enabling public visibility if you’re responsible for external communication or partnerships.
🔐 Privacy & Control
You’re always in control:
You can change your title or visibility settings later
Other employees can be added and managed from your Company employees section after publication
🚀 Publishing Your Company Page
Once everything is complete, click Publish to send your page for moderation.
After submitting:
You’ll receive an email notification once your page is approved
A message will also appear in your Notification Center inside Flameplace
If moderation detects any issues, the Flameplace team will contact you and help resolve them
🔄 You can still update your page after publishing. Changes will go through a quick review before becoming visible.
This is the final step - now you're ready to introduce your company to the global Flameplace network! 🎉
