Making It Easy to Reach You
Now that you've introduced your company visually and verbally, it’s time to provide the essential contact information. The Company Contacts step ensures your partners and clients know how to get in touch.
📇 Contact Information Fields
You’ll need to fill in at least one of each of the following:
Phone number — add a primary office number or a direct contact.
Email address — typically a business email (e.g. info@ / sales@).
Website — link to your official website or product catalog.
Physical address — your registered office or headquarters.
➕ You can add multiple entries for each category and label them (e.g. Office, Warehouse, Showroom).
🔹 Social Media
Add links to your company’s LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or other social platforms to boost credibility and discoverability.
👀 Live Preview Panel
On the right-hand side of the screen, you'll see a live preview of your contact block — exactly how it will appear on your company profile. This helps you check formatting and layout in real time.
✅ Tip: Use consistent formatting and check for typos. Your contacts are the bridge to real conversations.
Once you’ve added all the relevant information, click Next to proceed to the Geolocation step — where you’ll pinpoint your position on the map.
