Your First Steps on Flameplace: A Guided Workflow

Welcome to Flameplace — your new workspace for interior design business collaboration. This short guide will help you start using the platform with confidence. Whether you’ve just registered or haven’t taken the first step yet, here’s the smoothest way to get started.

If you haven’t yet registered — start there. You’ll need to enter your name, email address, choose your role, and set a password.

Once registered, confirm your email by clicking the link in your inbox.

Fill out your personal information: photo, role, expertise, location, and languages. This makes communication on the platform smoother and more professional.

If you selected a corporate role (e.g., manufacturer, supplier, agency, etc.), you’ll be guided to create a company page. Follow the wizard to:

After completing all fields, submit your company for moderation.

Once your company is approved, invite your colleagues and assign roles (admin or manager). Each team member can work under the same company account.

Step 5: Add Products to Your Catalog or Stock

Depending on your role:

  • Manufacturers should upload products to both the catalog and stock.

  • Suppliers can start with stock-only entries.

Visit the Business Club section, browse company pages, and send partnership requests to companies you trust or want to collaborate with.

Organizing your project flow:

  • All users can create projects, add rooms, and fill them with everything needed using the Flameplace Content Library of interior items

  • Use filters or search to add furniture, lighting, and decor to each room

  • Create Revisions to present alternative configurations or proposals

  • Generate Interactive Presentations to share your project with a partner or client via a link

The Project Studio is your creative space to conceptualize and assemble interior solutions collaboratively.

While the Studio is where the creative process happens, the Office is where commercial documentation gets done.

This separation allows teams to focus on creativity in the Studio and handle structured documentation in the Office.

Start chats with partners, clients, or colleagues. Use group chats for project-based collaboration or partner discussions.

Add realized or conceptual projects to your portfolio to showcase your work and increase trust. Link products used in the projects if applicable.

Share news, events, inspiration or professional insights. Your posts will appear in the Activity Feed and attract attention to your brand.
