Setting Up the Essentials

The first step in creating your company page on Flameplace is to complete the Company Data section. This follows your selection of the appropriate company role, which determines the structure of the form and the tools available to your profile. The data you provide here forms the foundation of your presence on the platform and enables accurate visibility, search filtering, and workflow integration.

📝 What You’ll Fill In

🔹 Company Name

Enter the official or commercial name of your company. This is what users will see across the platform.

🔹 Location: Country, State, City

Your company’s registered or operational address. This data helps the platform show your company to relevant clients and partners in the same region.

🔹 Company Type

Automatically set based on your previous selection — Manufacturer, Agency, Supplier, or Designer — but editable at this stage. The chosen type affects which fields and modules appear next.

🔹 Currency

Choose your operational currency. This will be used for catalog prices, proformas, and commercial documentation.

🔹 Price Display

This option is available to Manufacturers only. It controls whether catalog prices are publicly visible:

  • If enabled, prices will be shown to all users.

  • If disabled, only partner companies will be able to access pricing — either automatically upon establishing a partnership or by requesting access.

⚠️ Private Clients cannot request price access in manufacturer catalogs.

🔹 Price Range

Select the segment your company operates in:

  • Ultra High

  • High

  • Medium

This determines visibility in pricing filters.

🧩 Specialization Field

Based on your company type, you'll be asked to select one or more areas of specialization:

  • Manufacturers & Suppliers: Indicate the product categories your company produces or trades — such as Furniture, Kitchen, Lighting, Outdoor, Wellness, and more. These selections help others find you by product focus.

  • Designers: Choose from Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Visualisation, Landscape Design, etc. You may also indicate the product categories you are involved in supplying, if relevant to your business model.

  • Agencies: Choose between two representation models:

    • Representative Office (for local market operations)

    • Manufacturers Consortium (for umbrella representation of brands)

Tip: You can select multiple specializations - this improves how your company is shown in searches and automated partner recommendations.

Once you’ve filled in all the fields, press Next to proceed to the next step: uploading your company photo.
