Check out the companion article: Corporate vs Private Roles

The Private Client role on Flameplace is designed for individuals furnishing, renovating, or planning their homes. It offers access to a professional-grade ecosystem without the need to represent a company - giving private users inspiration, collaboration, and tools to bring their ideas to life.

Who Is This Role For?

The Private Client role is assigned automatically upon registration and is perfect for:

  • Homeowners or individuals planning interior projects

  • People looking to explore products, brands, and ideas

  • Users who don't manage a company but want to work with professionals

You can remain a Private Client indefinitely or later create/join a company to use Flameplace professionally.

What Can a Private Client Do?

Private Clients can:

🔒 Direct pricing from manufacturers is not available. Just like in the real market, all commercial interactions happen through trusted partners.

Switching Between Roles

If you later create or join a company as a professional (e.g. Designer, Supplier), your Private Client profile remains active. You can switch between personal and business modes anytime — and return to personal use if you leave those companies.

🤝 Collaborating in Real Projects

Private Clients can:

Even without a company, you can work like a pro.

Smart Matching

When you add a product from a specific brand, Flameplace will suggest local Official Suppliers or Certified Designers linked to that brand. The more overlaps a professional has with your project, the higher they appear in recommendations.

Digitizing the Real Market

Flameplace doesn’t change how the market works — it digitizes and simplifies it. Just like offline, factories don’t work directly with clients — suppliers and designers do.

Now, it all happens in one connected space. Simple. Familiar. Professional.
