💬 Why Use Messenger?

Messenger is your central communication tool on Flameplace. It helps you:

  • Stay in touch with your team across departments and roles

  • Communicate with partners across different companies

  • Coordinate projects, documentation, and quotes

  • Share pages from the Market Network directly in chats

  • Track message activity and never miss important updates

Messenger helps you build stronger relationships, move projects forward faster, and keep all your business communication in one place.

🔍 Where to Find Messenger

You can access Messenger from the Workspace menu. Click the Messenger icon in the left-hand tool menu to enter.

Unread messages and new partner requests are marked with a badge on the icon. You’ll also receive alerts in the Notification Center.

👥 Who Can Use It?

Messenger is available to all user roles on Flameplace.

However, only users with PLUS plans or higher can:

  • Start direct conversations with employees of other companies

Each employee can choose to hide their employee profile from their company page if they don’t want to receive messages.

✉️ Types of Communication

Messenger supports:

  • Internal chats — with colleagues in your own company

  • Partner chats — with employees of companies you’re connected to

  • Automated interactions — triggered by workspace actions:

    • Partner requests and approvals

    • Project invitations and status updates

    • Proforma and document exchanges

You can also share any page from the Market Network (e.g., company, product, project) directly into a conversation thread.
