🛠️ What is Collaborative Project Work?

Collaborative Project Work in Flameplace Studio lets you invite one Designer to your project - empowering you to co-create and refine your design seamlessly.

Forget working alone on layouts and product selections. With Collaborative Project Work, you can:

  • Invite a designer who’s registered on Flameplace and holds a PLUS plan or higher.

  • Collaborate in real time - add products, edit rooms, and review project details.

  • Prepare your project presentation for final pricing and supplier collaboration.

👥 How to Invite a Designer

  1. Open Your Project
Navigate to the Studio and open the project you want to collaborate on.

  2. Click ‘Invite Designer’
Locate the Invite Designer button on the project page. This opens a list of companies and professionals with the Designer role.

  3. Select the Right Designer
Flameplace recommends designers who have active partnerships with the manufacturers whose products you’ve already added to the project - giving you the best match for your design needs.

  4. Send the Invitation
Click Invite next to the designer’s company. The designer will receive an invitation in their corporate chat on Flameplace Messenger and by email.

  5. Start Collaborating
Once the designer accepts the invitation, you can both collaborate on the project - adding items, refining room layouts, and working on the design in real time.

🔄 Supplier Collaboration

When your project design is finalized, either the project owner or the designer can invite suppliers in Office to:

  • Request quotes from manufacturers.

  • Generate commercial documentation.

This ensures a smooth transition from design to procurement, making it easy to finalize and launch your project.
