🌐 Overview of Partnerships in Flameplace
Partnerships are the backbone of the Flameplace ecosystem. They connect Manufacturers, Agencies, Suppliers and Designers, empowering companies to collaborate, share knowledge, and drive business growth. Partnerships build trust, expand your network, and open doors to new opportunities, transforming the way you do business.
🛠️ How Partnerships Work
Partnerships in Flameplace are like an advanced version of “friending” on social networks, but for businesses. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Navigate to the Business Club and find the company you’d like to partner with.
Step 2: In the partnership status block on their page, choose one of the available partnership types and click it.
Step 3: A confirmation window will pop up; confirm your action to send the partnership request.
Step 4: A corporate chat in Messenger will be automatically created between your companies, where the invited company can accept or decline the partnership.
⚠️ Important: A partnership only becomes active after the invited company confirms it.
To view all your existing partners, go to the Business Club and click “My partners” in the filters panel on the left, or visit your own company page and open the “Partners” tab. To cancel a partnership, simply click on the active status and confirm the action.
🔎 Partnership Types
🤝 Official Partner
This status can be established between any two companies and confirms that you have a working process and a history of successful collaboration.
💎 Exclusive Distributor
Formed between Manufacturers and Suppliers, this status is tied to one or multiple countries, regions, or cities. The Supplier automatically becomes the default distributor for the Manufacturer’s products in the designated area whenever requests come from other Suppliers, Designers, or Private Customers.
🏢 Branch
This status can be established between any companies and confirms that the companies are part of the same corporate group or holding.
🌐 Consortium
Formed between Manufacturers and Agencies, this status delegates international trade operations to the Agency on behalf of the participating Manufacturers. Any requests addressed to the Manufacturer will automatically involve the Agency, which will handle proformas and packing lists under its own name.
🏛️ Representative Office
Established between Manufacturers and Agencies, this status is also tied to specific territories. Any request for the Manufacturer from that territory will automatically include the Agency, but the Manufacturer will generate proformas and packing lists under its own name.
🚀 Why Partnerships Matter
Partnerships are the best way to validate your company and others. The more partners you have — and the higher their ratings — the stronger your own rating will be, making Flameplace recommend your company more often and increasing your visibility to customers and partners alike.
⭐️ Partnerships create a self-organizing, validated, global trade network within the Flameplace ecosystem, ensuring every company finds its place and no one gets lost in the crowd.
