Setting Up Your Team in Flameplace

Manage roles, permissions, and collaboration within your company

Flameplace allows you to build and manage your company’s internal team directly within the platform. Whether you're a manufacturer, supplier, agency, or design studio, your team members can help keep your page updated, communicate with partners, and manage incoming requests.


👥 Inviting Employees to Join Your Company

To invite team members:

  • Go to the Company Employees section of your Company Settings.

  • Click Invite Employee and enter their email address.

  • Assigned users will receive an invitation by email and must accept it to join your company profile.

You can invite colleagues in sales, marketing, design, logistics, or any other department relevant to your business operations.


🧑‍💼 Assigning Roles and Permissions

Each employee can be assigned a job title (e.g., Sales Manager, Art Director, Logistics Coordinator), and their role within the platform (Admin or Manager) can be used to manage:

  • What they can see

  • What they can edit

  • Who they can message

This allows you to protect sensitive data while enabling team collaboration.

🔐 Roles can be updated at any time by the Company Admin.


🗂️ Managing Access and Visibility

For each employee, you can:

  • Enable or disable public visibility (whether they're listed on the company page)

  • Allow or restrict external communication (access to Messenger for client and partner contact)

This ensures that only the right people are shown and reachable, depending on their function.


🗑️ Removing a Team Member

To remove someone from your company:

  1. Open the Company Employees section

  2. Locate the employee card

  3. Click the three dots () in the top-right corner

  4. Select Delete employee

⚠️ The employee will lose access to your company page immediately after removal.

Removed users will still retain access to their Private client profile and any other companies they belong to on Flameplace.


A well-organized team setup ensures smoother communication, faster operations, and a more professional appearance to your partners and clients.
