✍️ Editing and Updating Your Stock
Once your stock is published, you have the freedom to edit it any time. Every item in your Stock Editor can be:
Edited — update name, visuals, description, or other details
Hidden — temporarily remove from public and partner visibility
Deleted — permanently remove the item from your stock
To access these actions, click the three-dot menu ( ⋮ ) available on any stock item.
💡Stock items do not support multiple pricing variations. Therefore, individual price entries cannot be edited or deleted. If the stock price changes, you need to edit the whole stock item directly.
🔒 Visibility Control
Use the "Hide" function when:
You want to temporarily remove an item from your active offer
A product is no longer available or needs an update
You are preparing a new stock entry with new materials
Hidden content is not visible in public-facing galleries, but remains available for editing. You can show it again anytime using the same menu.
📅 Keep Your Stock Up to Date
Regularly review your listed inventory to:
Ensure product availability is accurate
Highlight urgent items or limited stock
Coordinate with logistics, showrooms, and warehouses
