✏️ Editing and Updating Your Catalog

Once your catalog is published, you’re free to revise it at any time. Every structural element of your catalog — Collections, Interior Groups, and Items — can be:

  • Edited — update names, visuals, specifications, or other details

  • Hidden — temporarily remove from public and partner visibility

  • Deleted — permanently remove (this action cannot be undone)

To access these actions, click the three-dot menu (︙) available on every collection or group card. For individual items, use the Edit or Delete buttons in the item view.

Price options can also be edited or removed via the same interface.

👁️ Visibility Control

Use the "Hide" function when:

  • You want to temporarily remove an item from your active offer

  • A collection is not currently in production

  • You’re preparing updates or replacing visuals

Hidden content is invisible to all users (including partners), but remains available for editing. You can show it again anytime using the same menu.

Hiding a collection will automatically hide all interior groups and items inside it.

♻️ Keep Your Catalog Up to Date

Keeping your content fresh ensures:

  • Accurate communication with clients and agents

  • Higher trust and visibility in projects

  • Fewer requests for clarification or corrections

Regularly review your collections, groups, and items to align them with your production status, pricing strategy, and marketing efforts.
