✨ Creating a Project
When you create a new project, Flameplace automatically assigns a project number by adding 1 to the last created project number. Fill in the fields:
Project name — Required field, name your project for easy identification.
Client — Field to specify the client.
Description — Add relevant notes or information about the project.
Tags — Optional field to help categorize and search for your project easily.
Once saved, a project page is created where you can structure and manage your project.
🚪 Creating Rooms and Organizing Content
On the project page, create rooms to divide your project by spaces. Each room can be furnished with items from your catalog, stock, or shared Content Library.
💡 Tips:
Use the right-hand quick navigation panel to easily switch between projects and rooms.
Leave comments on the project page — they are visible to all project participants.
🗂️ Filtering and Managing Projects
Use the left-hand filters panel to filter projects by tags, or other criteria. You can also filter projects by status tabs (In Progress, Completed, Archived, Cancelled) and view Favorites by clicking the heart icon on project cards.
