📝 Why Catalog Price Access Matters
Controlling who sees your catalog prices is one of the most important aspects of managing your presence on Flameplace. When creating your company page, manufacturers have the choice to either:
Open their catalog prices to all registered users, including Private clients, or
Keep them hidden by default and grant access individually after a request.
By default, all catalog prices on Flameplace are hidden from unregistered users. This ensures that only verified users can interact with your pricing, maintaining a secure and professional environment.
🔒 How Access Works
If a manufacturer chooses to open their catalog prices, all registered users - including private clients - can view them directly.
If a manufacturer decides to keep their prices hidden, then access can only be requested by registered users on behalf of their verified companies.
Once approved, the access permission applies to the entire company, allowing all its team members to view the manufacturer’s prices seamlessly.
⚠️ Important: Companies can only request access to a manufacturer’s catalog prices after completing moderation.
Private clients cannot request catalog price access directly - they must work through their suppliers by inviting them into their projects.
🔧 How to Request Access
You can request access to a manufacturer’s catalog prices in two simple ways:
1️⃣ From an Interior Group Page
On any manufacturer’s Interior Group Page, simply click the “Request access to prices” link and confirm your action.
2️⃣ From the Manufacturer’s Company Page
On the manufacturer’s company page, in the partnership status block, select “Access to catalog pricing” and confirm.
🔑 Tip: If you request or receive any other partnership status, price access will be automatically included.
